WHEN?
23th run - 25.-28.9.2026 (Friday to Monday)
Registration period lasts four weeks and all sign-ups received during this period are equal. In case there’s more people than spots in the game, we draw participants anonymously. Those who will not be offered a spot can stay on the waiting list and we’ll reach out to them once someone cancels their participation.
WHERE?
The venue is the old military hospital in Terezín (Theresienstadt), about an hour north of Prague. We will not provide transport from Prague to the venue, but the public transport options are very good; if you need assistance with that, we are happy to assist you.
HOW MUCH?
The price of the game has been set to €250 + €50 deposit that we will gladly return to you if you help us with the clean-up after the game. You can of course go home without helping, in that case we’ll use the deposit to hire some help for the clean-up. The price includes the game itself, accommodation, costumes, and food from Thursday evening to Sunday morning. We run the game as volunteers who are not paid for neither the preparation nor the game itself.
We also provide 5 subsidized tickets for people who need them that costs €125 + €50 deposit as well. We won’t ask any questions about your financial status, if you need it, you can apply for it in your sign-up.
CANCELLATION POLICY
After your role in the game is confirmed and you have paid the participation fee, the cancellation fee is 10% of the price. Three months before the start of the game the cancellation fee is 50%. 1 month before the start of the game the cancellation fee is 100%. The ideal solution is thus to find a replacement—a player who will take over your role. Alternatively, we can help you find a substitute, but it will be up to you to make a deal with that person concerning how much money they will give you. If there is a substitute willing to pay full price, we will give you a refund up to 90% of full price.
NPCs/SHORT-TERM ROLES
Another way of participating is to sign up as player of short-term roles (NPC). We would be very happy should you choose to take this opportunity. Not only would you get to see the game from a slightly different perspective than the regular players, but you would also help us with making it come to life.
